Salad: (serves 8-10)

• 4 cups chopped kale (no stems)

• 3/4 cup sliced starwberries

• 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

• 1 cup grated pecorino romano


Prep: Mix together first 7 items of your dressing till emulsified. Then whisk in the yogurt till creamy. Combine your salad ingredients then gently fold in the dressing and TA DA!

KALE - The "IT" Green!!!!

Got a fantastic kale salad recipe from friend and chef Tina Dang. This will be a sure fire hit for any summer gathering or just a dinner salad for those days you want something with flavour but still on the lighter side of the caloric counter. Easy, pretty, and yummy & delicious. We'll have an image for you mid-week, but for now here's Tina's recipe for y'all to enjoy!

Dressing

• Juice of 1 lemon

• 2tbs Champagne vinegar

• 1/2 cup Olive oil

• 1 small grated garlic clove

•1/2 tsp salt  • 1/4tsp black pepper

• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
